• What should I do if my vial arrives broken or leaking?
If your vial arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, contact us with a photo of the vial and packaging and we will assist with a replacement or resolution

• Can I use the solution if the seal is broken?
No. If the vial seal is broken or appears compromised, do not use it and contact us.

• How should I store the solution?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
